Dearest beloved listener and potential patron. First of all apologies for this being a bit later than usual, but availability of the magnificent Tom Wrigglesworth in full plumage, and a slight editing nightmare necessitated a Wednesday release. 

Hopefully it was worth the wait and I think it's a cracker of an episode. Here's episode 20!!! Me and Tom both come into this one slightly on the back foot. He's recovering from a back injury, DIY related of course, and I've just had a diagnosis of Athritis in my feet which has somewhat hobbled me over the last week or so.

However, we lean into the waffle with full commitment as we set out to become social media influencers. As social media influencers we are looking, not only to show off our pert bootys, but also maybe to spread the message that sometimes, you really don't feel like it, cos everything's gone a but "Jan-Feb"

Perhaps one of the most important exercises we need to learn, is letting ourselves off the hook and exercising our waffling muscles?!
