Review Round 2 of Hunter Rugby Comp. Lucky it's only 20mins long. Things can get a little weird if i'm left alone for too long. Bit of a laugh around the grounds, nonetheless - Good results for Hamilton,Greens,Nelson Bay and Beaches.

Round 1 of The HUNTER RUGBY season has come and gone. Delore brothers put on a clinic at the Sandpit to beat University. Great performances from all clubs involved, maybe some worrying signs for others.
But it's only round 1. Just stoked to have local footy back.
Wildfires go down to Norths but are improving each week.

Sat down with Hayden in his apartment on The Hills in Newcastle. Came across his story via instagram a year ago. He had blogged his story but I know you can only explain or say so much via words.
In short Hayden has suffered numerous concussions throughout his rugby league career and it got really bad. So bad that the Drs told his family that the next time they bring him to hospital could potentially be the last time they ever do.

So glad he has found a solution to his troubles and can happily tell the tail.

Craig Barry is a professional rugby player, plying his trade at The Cheetahs Rugby Union in Bloemfontein, South Africa.
He is also part of Be The Difference Foundation, a foundation focused on helping the less fortunate reach their true potential.

Croc is a musician doing his best work in and around Newcastle music scene. A cover artist adding his own flavor to all kinds of songs. Croc is also an avid foodie with a passion for food and sharing his Filipino style to it. With his own range of marinade and hot sauce. Was awesome meeting this local legend.

Nico is a former professional rugby player who is currently training to play in the Canadian Football League. His ultimate goal is to end up playing in the NFL. We spoke about his heavy training regime, his goals and WHY he wants to play American Football. 
Very focused and determined individual.

New house, retired from rugby, Slater is at school with a ton of new germs and casual banter from the boss of the house(Me ofcourse haha)
