We live in a world that encourages us to chase popularity, approval, and acceptance. But as followers of Jesus, we’re called to value something far greater than being liked. In fact, Jesus warned that those who faithfully follow Him would face rejection because of His name. As Pastor Ken will tell you today, your goal isn’t to win the world’s applause but to remain faithful to Christ. You don’t have to compromise your faith to fit in, because God’s approval is worth far more than the acceptance of others.

Forgiveness is one of the hardest things to master in life. It seems like when we want to forgive someone, our hearts harden to the idea because we want justice. The truth is, Jesus forgave you, and that should be more than enough reason to forgive someone fully. Without Christ, you’re condemned to eternal separation from God, but with Christ, you’re promised a new creation! Today, Pastor Ken reminds you that you should forgive seventy times seventy! That means you must always forgive others!

When you’re siblings with someone, things in life mean more, which makes it easier to get upset with them. But you can’t hold onto your anger because you know the next morning they’re going to be right there. After all, family’s permanent. Today, Pastor Ken says that when you’re at church, you’re with your family, and problems will arise. So, when you feel tension, you must bring it up! It’s unhealthy to sit on your negative feelings. Find a way to resolve conflict without attacking each other, but in love.

Have you ever had a craving for a specific kind of food? Most of the time, we end up getting what we want because we must satisfy our heart’s desire. Today, pastor Ken says you must fight the desire to satisfy your flesh. Don’t let the enemy win! Every day, you must make the conscious decision to follow Jesus above all. He loves you and will satisfy every need you have! You must trust in Him and believe. Let Jesus be the satisfaction in your life and watch as the things of this world become less desirable.

The word submission has become a word that has negative connotations to it. Today, Pastor Ken reminds women that Submission does not mean obey. If your husband calls you to do something that’ll damage your testimony, don’t do it. You can be respectful while still politely declining. Ultimately, your relationship with Jesus matters more. Trust Jesus to lead you in those moments! Run to Him when you feel scared or worried about a conversation that may arise, and He’ll give you peace.

When a player gets traded from one team to another, the whole outlook of their career could change. The expectations put on them are different; the role they’re in may be different; even the way the coach utilizes them will be different. In today’s message, Pastor Ken says that when you choose to follow Jesus, your life is drastically changed for the better. Your outlook on life is different, and you’ll realize the emptiness you had before Jesus. You must choose to follow Jesus every day! Trust in Him today!

Have you noticed how the world has started to normalize divorce? It’s interesting because it seems like the Bible is extremely clear that divorce isn’t okay, and yet we seem to be becoming numb to it. Today, Pastor Ken shares that divorce was also normalized in Biblical times. The enemy wants to desensitize you to purity. You must remind yourself of who God calls you to be so you can know what’s of God and what isn’t. Go to His Word to gain your knowledge of right and wrong!

Have you ever been given something that you didn’t deserve? It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it gives us a weird feeling inside, and we start to ask the question: Should I accept this or not? In today’s message, Pastor Ken says you can’t forget that Jesus died for your sins. It’s your reason to respond with faithfulness to Him! He didn’t have to die, but He chose to because He loves you! God sent His Son as a way for you to have an opportunity to live with Him for eternity. Trust in Him today!

How many of you have gone over the speed limit this past week? I know I have; it’s not an uncommon thing to do! It’s so easy to let your foot push the gas pedal just a little bit to go faster than what’s acceptable. Today, Pastor Ken says you must submit to authority because it’s honoring to the Lord. Now, if the government asks you to do something that’s not of Christ, you stand firm on your truth of the Gospel, but if it’s something as silly as following the speed limit, consider following it to honor God.

Some things in life are essential to everyday living. For example, you should exercise every day to maintain good health, or you must drink a lot of water so you’re hydrated and don't pass out, or finally, you should be getting adequate sleep so that you can function in your workplace. Those are just a few things, but today, Pastor Ken says one of those things must be to follow Jesus wholeheartedly. When you make that choice, you’re promised life with Him for eternity! Put your faith in Him today!
