For years, I thought surviving was enough.
As Season 3 comes to a close, I wanted to leave you with one final conversation—not about where I've been, but about where I'm going.
This episode is a reflection on vulnerability, therapy, boundaries, acceptance, and the small choices that slowly changed my life. Looking back, I can finally see that healing wasn't about forgetting the past. It was about learning from it, making peace with it, and deciding that it no longer gets to write the rest of my story.
The last few episodes have helped me close chapters I carried for years.
Now, before the next chapter begins, I wanted to pause... take a breath... and thank you for walking this journey with me.
Season 4 arrives this December, and for the first time in a long time, it isn't about surviving.
It's about living.
Until then, enjoy our upcoming short series, Things That I Needed to Hear, catch up on Seasons 1–3, and head over to YouTube to meet the incredible guests behind the voices.
Thank you for listening.
The best stories... are still ahead.
In this episode, I reflect on the lessons I learned from a relationship that shaped nearly a decade of my life, the emotional weight of trying to leave gently, and the realization that loving someone deeply doesn't always mean they're the person you're meant to spend your life with.
I also address the assumptions made about my current relationship and why choosing happiness does not make someone the villain in another person's story.
At the end of the day, this isn't a story about heroes or victims.
It's a story about growth, healing, and finally choosing yourself.
Thank you for listening to my side.
You've heard about the heartbreak.
Now let's talk about the lawsuit.
In this episode, I share what happened after the relationship ended, why I still showed up when his family needed support, and what it's like to watch someone reshape years of history into a story where they're always the victim.
The truth is rarely as simple as the version people tell online.
And since we're telling stories... here's mine.
The breakup happened, but the relationship didn't end.
In Part 2, I share the arrangement that kept us connected, the emotional exhaustion that followed, and the moment I realized I couldn't keep living for someone else's happiness.
This is the story of reaching my breaking point, meeting someone who changed my perspective, and finally walking away for good.
Since We're Telling Stories... Let Me Tell You Mine
Every story has two sides.
For years, I chose silence.
But after hearing my past retold through someone else's lens, I decided it was finally time to share mine.
Part 1 takes you back to the beginning: how we met, how trust was broken, why I stayed, and what really happened behind the scenes of a relationship that took years to end.
This is the story I've never publicly told.
You met him on YouTube… now hear the story behind it all.
