Inclusion has been a big theme for me over the last couple of years and finding the perfect balance of pro-blackness and business saavy and being inclusive. I am pro black, I believe in Black, I support Black, and I support everyone else in the marketplace; customers, business associates etc. that are chasing their dreams no matter what color they are. Business is about green, not about pro blackness. Asian people are very Pro Asian, but you don’t see the having signs that say Asians only (Well not all of them, but because they practice group economics, in some of their markets, they can do without the black dollars and have their own dollars funnel into those businesses!

Going through difficult challenges has been a biggie too! I have been dealing with so much challeneges that I know I am about due for a major blessing, which will be the achievement of my goals in network marketing industry! Like I fell off my bike, lost a whole bunch of money and the story goes on! Just little shit, that if you let it get to you, can throw you off course like a mofo! Another challenge has been staying consistent in the seeing task through until they are completed. I don’t want to be like the developer that goes all around town building foundations only, and never completing the whole house You feel me?

Communication has been another skill that I believe we should all consider getting better at. The better we can communicate with people, we accomplish our goals faster because at the end of the day we need people. People are how we make money and get to the next level. But first we have to consider getting better at communicating with people, building rapport and having conversation with preselected people (Ill do an episode just about this), building intimacy, understanding the needs and challenges, and then offering a solution to a problem that they are having!

When you don’t know what to do next. When you have exasperated you energy and looking or the answers in books, videos, your own personal efforts and you still cant find the answer, that is when it is time to fo to someone else for the answer.  We should consider doing all that we can to find the answer. We should exasperate our energy to do the best we can. We need to read the books. Watch the videos. And if that doesn’t work need to go find the help from a mentor. That is how I was able to learm how to cut hair and build up a sizeable clientele in three years time. We need a mentor to help answer our questions, guide us, and give us the plan for success.  I am a lifelong student and ill contine to seek out the people that I can learn from to become more effcient. Let’s learn and grow together. Start your own business with me. It’s tough, and it’s definitely not easy. But with our plan, and team work making the dream work, we can do anything! #LetsWork

You have to consider focusing more energy on what you are doing right! A lot of the time, we focus too much energy on what we are not doing right, and fucking up on! Of course, disciplining yourself when you fail or don’t meet your goal is a good thing because that means you want to grow, but at the same time you cannot give more energy to went wrong, than to what went right! When things don’t go your way and you fail just use that experience as a learning lesson to make a better day tomorrow! Focus more energy on what you are doing right, and give more energy to correcting what you did wrong, rather than focus on what you did wrong and then do nothing about it! We have to take action and keep learning. Like Jim Rohn and Eric Thomas said we have to want success as bas as we want to breathe. Breathing is the action and continuous learning is the oxygen that will make our dreams come into reality. I got you back and I am committed to helping your dreams come true because i realize that you are depending on me to make your dreams come true so i have to help me help you at all cost!

So What are we creating is the question that I have been asking myself lately. This has been a major concept that has been on my mind. The people that we spend a lot of time with have a huge impact on our lives. Are the people that you are spending the most time with have good energy? Do they motivate and inspire you? Or do they drain your energy and constantly focus on the negative? 

Habits has been another thing that I am really trying to get better with. Developing new habits that are going to help me get to the next level. The problem is habit transformation does not happen overnight nor by happenstance. Habit transformation requires conscious effort on our part and daily work to maintain your momentum

Continuing to learn and growing is essential as a business owner. You cannot reach a goal and then stop learning. You do not want to be like me after I passed my barber license exam. I stopped learning and thought that I knew everything. You have to continuing learning about your craft, how to run a business, relationships, communication etc and then apply what you learned and put all of those techniques and strategies into practice. 

Breathing is taking action and oxygen is continued education and self learning and we need a balance of both to become success in the network marketing industry. I am committed to continuously learning and doing at the same time to see to it that my dreams become a reality. This business is not for everyone and it's hard, like any business. But for those that see the opportunity, are coach-able, and hungry we can do anything together. But this is not for everyone, and we do not work with everyone.

Food and what is going into the temple is another focus that we cannot fall by the way side. Lately, I have been slipping when it comes to staying on my fruits and veggie tip consistently. I have been leaning a lil more toward the left, eating donuts and chips more than my veggies. But it is never to late to get back on the horse and make a better way for yourself. This is where the power of journaling really comes into play  because you can invest all of those experiences the week before and create a much better week the next.

So I have been reading this book Called Sales Mastery by and Man named Chuck Bauer, and I have been learning some very interesting concepts from this book. One of the most important concepts that I takeaway from this book is that in order to make any business model work, whether it be network marketing or dropshipping, you must become a sales S.T.U.D. 

S: Stands For "Specific Next Step

This is a person that at the conclusion of a conversation designates a specific next meeting with  person or prospect. 

T: Stand For Takeaway 

The takeaway technique based on the used on the different  personality style dangles the product or service in front of the prospect and then take it away. 

So I Could say something like - and depending on the personality style - the only reason for this appointment today Is to determine if you are qualified to join our organization and mentorship team

U: Stands For "Urgency" 

Using Urgency is critical when you have products and services that you are trying to sell. People want a discount and by offering a limited time discount on a product or a service, you make people want it more.

Just think about the last time you seen one of those fast food commercials that say get you 4 for 4 for a limited time only tho. That keeps up going back sooner and sooner at the same time buying more ad more food

Deadlines are so important to become a mastersalesman! Deadlines help you establish professionalism and respect with people and prospects

Developing a system for our success is very important. Systems actually means Save Your Self Time Energy Money & Stress. And you save your self time energy money and stress by surrounding yourself with the people that can give the exact SYSTEM you need to start helping more people and making more money. I just spent Two days at a business conference, and many of our top leaders shared their systems, ideas, ways, and means of bringing CBD to the marketplace and helping millions of people looking to relieve their pain and people looking for an opportunity to help people with their pain. Many of the people that we know personally deal with pain on a daily basis. Our leaders give us step by step systems on exactly how to help those people dealing with pain. The systems that were shared with our Team were transcribed in audio and writing. I have now been able to put all of the information that our leaders provided us with and  create an comprehensive system with all of the information provided. This save me so much time energy, money, and stress versus if I tried to figure this system out on my own.  On top of that, I have damn near 24/7 access to these great minds in our company, and I can call them on the phone anytime and pick their brain. Success does not happen by accident. Success happenes when you have purpose, a goal, and surround yourself with the right people to get the right system for how to make your goal work. Two or more heads focus on the same goal will provide amazing results and team work makes the dream work.

Networking and mentorship are two big pieces of the network marketing industry. You have to network with the right people who are likeminded and have similar aspirations, goals, and dreams. Mentorship is important we do not know it all. People need to learn from people who are doing what they aspiire to do with their own life. So you have to get around people doing the things that you want to do and let them train you on how to be successful. We are not taught about business and Black people. So we really need mentorship so we can get to that next level. But this requires personal growth and develop and willingness to surround yourself with people who are doing the things that you want to do. You cannot be afraid to approach people and be interested in them. This benefits both them and you because they get to share their knowledge, which all of us like to do, and we acquire their knowledge. It is a win-win situation.
