In this episode, the guest is someone who is quite special to me, my Dad, Ross Hendershot. He shares a series of his most memorable fishing stories and we chat about his experiences as a geography teacher, fly-fishing and fly tying and his travel to Pangnirtung in the 1970s. This is a very meaningful episode for me and I am grateful to my Dad for taking time to record it - time that we could have been fishing for smallmouth bass.

Episode thirty features a discussion with Dino Bruce. Dino is an artist, fabricator, hunter, and entrepreneur. Through his business, Inu-vations Inc, Dino fabricates, innovates, and sells ulus, harpoon heads, and knives. In addition to discussing Dino's creative efforts, we talk about goose and seal hunting in Coral Harbour and the outfitting business he operates called Tassiuq Outfitters.

Episode twenty-nine features a discussion with Nick Illauq. Nick is the founder of two very popular Facebook pages Inuit Hunting Stories of the Day and Nunavut Hunting Stories of the Day. We talk about why he started these two pages and Nick shares a few hunting stories of his own.

Episode twenty-eight features a return guest, Ruben Komangapik, discussing his experiences hunting and documenting the hunting of seals and narwhal in Pond Inlet, Nunavut in the Summer of 2018.

Episode twenty-seven features a discussion with Celia Haig-Brown. Celia is a Professor and Associate Vice-President Research at York Univeristy.  The discussion delves into Celia's decolonial and critical pedagogical research work with a particular focus on her film: Listen to Land - this project was a collaborative effort with the Naskapi Nation of Kawawachikamach and was funded by the Social Science and Humanities Research Council of Canada.

Episode twenty-six features a discussion with Lauren Eichler (PhD Candidate, University of Oregon) & David Baumeister (Assistant Professor, Seaton Hall University). Discussion in the episode focuses on their co-authored, peer-reviewed, journal article titled: Hunting for Justice: An Indigenous Critique of the North American Model of Wildlife Conservation.

Episode twenty-five features a discussion with Tarralik Duffy. Discussion focuses on Tarralik's artistic practices particularly her jewellery and design work and her creative venture/artistic brand Ugly Fish Design.

Episode twenty-four features a return guest: Sky Panipak. We discuss Sky's hunting experiences in 2018 including stories about hunting seal, fox, and ptarmigan in Pangnirtung, Nunavut.

Episode twenty-three features a discussion with Geneviève Desportes. Geneviève is the General Secretary of NAMMCO, which is the North Atlantic Marine Mammal Commission. We discuss what NAMMCO is and does, Geneviève's role and work with the Commission, and issues related to ensuring sustainable usage of marine mammals in the North Atlantic.
