He then moved to the US to lead the HR function for a large multinational IT organization in Silicon Valley. In the meantime, somewhere on the way, he got himself trained as a wellness expert and a therapist. He is also on the board of the Silicon Valley HR Network. An alumnus of IIT Roorkee, IIM Kolkata, and the University of California, Berkeley, he is clearly a lifelong learner and a super achiever.
