So we weren’t surprised when we received an email from Josh in Manchester asking for help in this area of his life. He said, "I'm embarrassed about my body. I'm overweight and want to get in shape. I've tried before but I always fail. What should I do?"
Kevin provides the answers to this question and identifies two critical things you must do if you want improve your health in this episode of The Unstoppable Teen Podcast.

We live in a society where we have to purchase the things we want. Whether it’s food, clothes, a car, a home, a holiday, gift for family and friends… there is a price to be paid.
Of course, when we’re young, we rely on our parents, carers and the government to buy things for us. But there comes a time when you transition from childhood into adulthood that you need to start paying for things yourself.
You probably won’t be surprised to know that, “I want to be rich”, is the most common goal amongst teenagers. But how do you do that? How do you create a rich life for yourself?
That’s what this episode of The Unstoppable Teen Podcast is all about!
“There are no limits to what you can have, do and experience in your life.”

Last week was Sexual Health Week, so after much discussion and deliberation, we decided to do an episode on this subject.
We know some people don’t want to discuss sex and teenagers. If that’s you, please don’t listen to this episode because we don’t want to offend anyone.
Many people start to explore their sexuality at some point during their teenage years. We start to become aware our attraction to others and begin thinking about having sex for the first time.
But how do you decided when to have sex or when not to have sex? And how can you keep yourself safe in this area of your life?
In this episode of The Unstoppable Teen Podcast Kevin responds to a question from Kiera (Albany, NY). She told us that her boyfriend had been pressuring her to have sex, but she didn’t feel ready yet.
Listen now to hear what Kevin had to say on this important subject that affects us all.
“All to often teenagers start experimenting with sex before they have educated themselves in this important area of life – That’s dangerous.”
Kevin Mincher – Teen Coach
You will learn:
“Create an environment with your family and friends where you feel safe to talk about sex so you can educate yourself and empower yourself in this important area of life.”

Learning and remembering things are among the most important skills you will ever develop. That’s why Kevin was delighted to recently interview Michael Tipper.
Michael once won the silver medal in the World Memory Championships despite previously having a poor memory.
So how did he improve his memory so dramatically? And what learning strategies did he share that students can use to succeed in school? These are just two of the questions Kevin asked Michael in this episode of The Unstoppable Teen Podcast.
Very few people are born with a natural ability to learn quickly and memorize lots of information. These are learned skills that anyone can master. Indeed, they are essential skills for any teenager who wants to achieve good grades and have a well-paid career.
Listen now if you want to boost your memory, reduce stress and achieve more of your potential!
“Why on Earth wasn’t I taught this way of learning when I was in school?”
Michael Tipper – Memory Expert
You will learn:
“If you think your results will come through your talents, you are completely mistaken because your results will come through your hard work.”

Beyoncé was in the news again last week because she won more MTV Video Music Awards!
You probably know Beyoncé is a super successful singer and songwriter. She rose to fame in the late 90s as a member of Destiny’s Child. She went solo in 2003 and her career took off to a whole new level.
During her record-breaking career, Beyoncé has sold over 100 million records as a solo artist, and a further 60 million with Destiny's Child. She has won 20 Grammy Awards and is the most awarded artist of all time by the MTV Video Music Awards.
But how does she do it? What is she doing that enables her to succeed so much?
In this episode of The Unstoppable Teen Podcast Kevin share three performance hacks he’s stolen from Beyoncé and shows how you can use them to increase your own levels of success.
“Don’t follow the crowd. It’s by being creative and taking risks that you make it to the top.”
You will learn:
“Courageous innovation is what you need to do if you want to raise the bar and succeed at new heights.”
