Shane, Nerissa, and Freesia sit down to talk poetry in Stevens Point. They discuss what makes a place poetic (or not poetic), Allen Ginsberg's visit to UWSP, strategies for teaching poetry, and poetry events on campus and in the community. To round out the episode each participant shares a poem.

Yan is the cataloging librarian and has worked for the UWSP Libraries for over 21 years. During this conversation we learn about Yan’s early years in China, the path she followed, which led her to Stevens Point, and what her career in Stevens Point has been like. Our topic today is Trivia. But we’re not talking about just any trivia, we are talking about the event that is billed as the World’s Largest Trivia Contest. Trivia is a 54 hour marathon presented annually by 90FM to raise funds for the UWSP radio station. And, in just one month, Trivia 55: No Limit will commence.

They also talk about reasons academic libraries may maintain gaming collections and consider if it is appropriate.
