The Upon Further Review

In a rather uncharacteristic episode (based on what we’ve seen so far this season), Papa Din, Mama Bo, and Lil’ Grogu take a trip to planet to find the Mandalorian fleet that used to be under the helm of Bo Katan. What ends up happening is full on cameo laden, quasi-crime noir story that has our favorite Mandalorian dealing with his (all of a sudden renewed) discontent for droids, Bo throwing them hands, and Grogu’s inability to refuse a snack.

The Calrissian Kids are back with another review of our favorite foundlings, The Mandalorian, Din and Grogu. The Pirate is the title of chapter 21 as we see our boy Greef Karga having to contend with his old running buddy The Pirate King, Gorian Shard who is looking for retribution after he was embarrassed by Mando and Greef a few episodes back. Bo Katan proves her worth, as Paz Viszla loosens up a bit😂

Parenting is a challenging job, and it becomes even more challenging when you have more than one child. Raising multiple children is not only physically demanding but also emotionally draining. Parents who have more than one child often face difficulties in managing their time, attention, and resources. A major challenge that parents face when raising multiple children is managing their different personalities and needs. Each child is unique, with their own strengths, weaknesses, and interests. It can be challenging for parents to balance the needs of each child and ensure that they are getting the attention and support they need to thrive. One of the most challenging aspects of parenting more than one child is balancing their individual needs. Each child has their own unique personality, interests, and needs, and it can be difficult to give each child the attention and support they require.

One strategy that can help parents balance individual needs is to set aside one-on-one time with each child. This can be as simple as reading a book together or going for a walk. During this time, parents can focus on the individual child and their needs, interests, and concerns.

Another strategy is to involve each child in family decisions and activities. This can help each child feel valued and included, and can also help parents better understand each child's needs and preferences.

It's also important for parents to communicate openly and honestly with their children about the challenges of balancing individual needs. This can help children understand that their parents are doing their best to meet everyone's needs, and can also encourage children to be more patient and understanding with each other.

Finally, it's important for parents to take care of themselves and seek support when needed. Parenting more than one child can be overwhelming at times, and it's important for parents to prioritize their own well-being in order to be able to meet their children's needs.

The Calrissian Kids are back with another spoiler review of The Mandalorian and this time it’s about our favorite foundling Grogu and another kid who has escaped death once before. Even though the actual runtime is diminutive, so much happens in this episode from both a lore and story progression perspective.

We’ve come to the last episode of the first installment of HBO’s hit video game adaptation of The Last of Us! Ellie and Joel make it to Salt Lake City and someone is having second thoughts about the purpose of their trekking across America. Love will make you do some crazy things, as our favorite Lone Wolf and Cub have to see this thing to the end.

Sorry it’s late; I was emotionally done after uploading this😩

An emotional Rashad and equally emotional Antonio return for the conclusion of last week’s episode storyline in good ol Kansas City. The Last of Us is proving to be a masterclass in storytelling, utilizing flashbacks with surgical accuracy. We essentially see the Black mirror image of Joel and Ellie as we try to dodge Kathleen and the rebels.

Joel is still sidelined as Ellie tries to figure out a plan to save him. Showcasing the skills she has learned, Ellie is confronted with an evil that is only rivaled by the cordyceps itself.  Rashad and Antonio give their spoiler review of episode 8, “When We Are In Need.”

Super self explanatory title, but me and the OG friend of The Fam Antonio, give our worst to first for all of the MCU Disney+ shows (minus the special presentation😂). Be sure to tell us your 8 to 1 in the comments below!
