The answer’s not easy: it’s hard work. Thankfully, a tool that we all have from birth makes this a lot easier: habits. After reading The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg, Zain Raza now shares the not so secret facts behind creating a schedule that those people interested in pursuing a big goal, can finally use to accomplish it.
