A huge part of my own story is how I have shed, layer by layer, the beliefs, experiences, and religious boxes that were hindering me from being the woman, leader, and healer that I was created to be. Today I wanted to talk about the energy I feel around religion and how I feel connecting with God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit is different when done through life, experience, and spirituality. The cliff notes version… Religion - reinforces separation - creates community out of exclusion - has answers but no questions Seeking truth, following love, finding God… - love reinforces unity and inclusion - living creates community organically - wholeness seats from a place of learning, love, and laying down the insatiable ego QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION: 1) Am I truly living as the woman God created me to be? 2) Am I listening daily to the divine? 3) In what way, even a little, am I holding myself back from giving all of who I am? When intimate sexual resistance crops up, it can take so many forms. One of which is expecting our partner to read our minds and fulfill all of our needs exactly as we think they should be met. "I need you to ______ so I can feel ______ ." Been there? Done that? I recently asked my partner to give me more verbal affirmation after I gave sexually to him "without expecting anything in return" and "just because I wanted to." (Quotes entirely necessary). I found that his agreement (while sincere and uncomplicated) made me even MORE dissatisfied as I realized there was something even deeper I was AFRAID to receive... If you've experienced sexual funks or have a great sex life and still feel yourself holding back from being fully present in pleasure and your relationship with your partner - you won't want to miss this episode!

Sometimes our emotional and energetic blocks show up in kind of vague, overarching themes. This is why I love using the body and life as an oracle - a revelatory tool to show us areas where we may be holding on to beliefs and baggage that are keeping us replaying the same subconscious tapes over and over again. Today I'm sharing with you STRAIGHT from my own journal to show you one of the ways I work through the process of embodiment, healing, and release to tune myself back in to the divine feminine frequency I am at my core. This means freedom from those nagging negative thoughts, self-sabotage patterns aborted, and in this instance a huge SURGE of divine guidance on my next steps and wholeness in this moment. Yum!!!

1 - self sabotage is saying/knowing you have a desire then taking decidedly opposite action or hiding the opposite energy of that desire to prevent yourself from moving forward and receiving 2 - acknowledging self-sabotage is a step toward empowerment because it takes you out of victim mentality and brings you in to awareness of your own patterns keeping you dragging 3 - the roots of self sabotage are emotional past experiences, beliefs, and energetic imprints that re-create the same traumas, fears, and illusions as you’ve had before
