The Vaktare

Ranger Breckett ( @hammpod ) is joined by Ranger Cameron (DuckbergTTV) as they venture into the growing conspiracy that leaves Breckett shaking.

The party has arrived in Martira Bay and Ki'Lai has tracked Breeze to a shady back alley doctor of some kind. After getting a very bad feeling about the situation Ki'Lai pulls a drugged up Breeze from the place only to find they have been trapped in some kind of game by a sourceless voice. Athelstan, uneasy that Ki'Lai has gone with Breeze alone eventually convinces the rest of the party to join him in either finding her or Vaelish who has also disappeared in order send a message. That is when things really hit the proverbial fan.  Check out our sponsor! Visit canadiandice.ca and use the code THEVAKTARE for 10% off your next clickety-clackety math rock order.

The party arrives in Kinevestria, Q'reyni's childhood home. They learn of an attempt on her village leader's life during the eclipse and that she is coming to the end of her lifespan. Melora has granted her a place in a temple hidden deep within the Feywild to live out the rest of her days. She tells the group she will send for them once she has her affairs in order. Eliz goes on a vision quest and a feast is held to welcome Q'reyni home, even if only for a short time.   W

Ranger Breckett ( @hammpod ) and Ranger Scuzz Alderaan ( @warlocksandwaffles ) take on the stars.

The party arrives in Darkon at Martira Bay and disembarks The Succubus. They proceed to stock up on provisions and Athelstan gets some useful information regarding the state of things. Ki’Lai trails Breeze as they head off on their own looking to get back their lost time. Anxiety and an excellent history check send Ki’Lai into action in a back alley in the eastern part of the city.   Check out our sponsor! The party makes their way out of the swamp back to Wildcall where everything started for them. They find the city much the same as they left it but several of the people that they saved have returned. After a quick visit to their favourite Half-Orc junk dealer they stop at Bilfiz's shop to find out he has packed most of his things and is moving to the capital to open a new shop. Reggie and Emmy have their first date over some spaghet and canolis and the party is joined by an old friend. What awaits them in Q'reyni's village?

Ranger Breckett ( @hammpod ) is joined by definitely-not-an-auditor Ranger Thadd (Jack of  @evenfootinggames ).

The party travels aboard The Succubus headed for the Mists and eventually Darkon. With a plan to let Dezoris off at the edge of the Mists to make his way to Barovia to meet back up with van Richten, the party spends a night recovering.  They focus on getting Breeze used to being in the group again after learning that they were separated by more time than they originally thought. The following day brings a heavy storm and of course, pirates... but there is something odd about the scurvy crew.

The party faces off against Neavah the Hag and her magical hut in front of the Soul Tree. Can the Phixius Five stand in the face of this foe with their new ally, Clarity? What of the tree itself? Will it survive the damage already done?

The party searches the asylum for the resting place of Dr. Heinfroth to finish him off and suspect that more dunamancy is at play. They take some time to speak with a few of the other patients and locate Breeze's Bag of Holding. The party reconvenes on The Succubus and sets sail, all hands accounted for, for the first time since they met on Keening.   Check out our sponsor!
