Do you push yourself? It may be getting just one more thing done, or staying up later than you know works best for you, or not eating and still go go going, perhaps its habitual speeding, or consuming too much caffeine or power beverages, you name it. 

There are many ways you and I may be PUSHING ourselves, stretching our limits, and all too often not resting enough. In this episode we take a look at the value of a good rest and how you might set yourself up for getting a good and enough rest.
