Jesus at Gesthemane asked if the cup can pass over him (emotion) nevertheless he said not my will but yours(word based) God listens to word based communication and won't deny you based on his word. God wants you to say words that are in line with his word. That is were the victory lies.

Our walk and work with God is hinged on our Faith in Him which is his word.

God needs your faith to work with. He is mindful of your desires and needs and wants you to see him capable of performing it all.

Heb 11: 6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

God has given everyone a measure of faith, you just need to put it in practice.

You would agree with me that in order to achieve a desired goal you must first believe in yourself and what you are pursuing, be self disciplined and focused cause of your expectation.

This same determination applies in practicing God's word. You have to believe in what you want to practice and have an expectation concerning it.

The efficacy of Gods word is in the practice of His word which proves you believe in it. This shows that you have moved from just cramming his word as memory verses( head knowledge) but believe his word has the power to perform and bring alive (revelational knowledge )

Life will always test the seed of the word you've sown in your heart overtime. However you can let the test of life find you deeply rooted in Gods word .

When you read the parable of the sower it sums up how people receive the word. The condition of your heart determines the outcome the word of God produces.

Paul's prayer to the church at Ephesus is that the eyes of our understanding being enlightened Ephesians 1;18.

God is not withholding anything from us, he wants his children to enjoy the benefits of all that he has made available for us. Hold on to his word and let the ground of your heart yeild bountifully.

Its a New year, we can consciously build fellowship with God with these following steps.

Christmas is know to be a day we put in remembrance the Love of God towards mankind by sending his son Jesus Christ to the world as our hope, salvation and deliverance from sin and the devil. Jesus is Christ gift to mankind and by accepting this gift you have eternal life. Merry Christmas.

The gift of Eternal life.

But Christ proved God’s passionate love for us by dying in our place while we were still lost and ungodly! And there is still much more to say of his unfailing love for us! For through the blood of Jesus we have heard the powerful declaration, “You are now righteous in my sight.” And because of the sacrifice of Jesus, you will never experience the wrath of God.
