In this episode I finally caught up with my dear friend and mentor Travis Chappel in a busy coffee shop to discuss the benefits of properly leveling your networking game.  We discussed tactics regarding both types of personalities with respect to introverts and extroverts and how so many miss those key opportunities because they lack the necessary skills to best represent their brand to the world.  We all have to remember that our network is our net worth and in order to build success we have to build our networking strategies by offering value.

In this episode I discuss what it takes to navigate through the competitive world of the entertainment industry as a parent manager.  I had the distinct pleasure and honor of speaking with Cassie and Brandin Farrant about the hardships as well as the successes of managing their child prodigy and little Australian rockstar guitarist Taj Farrant,  who at the tender age of 11 has already shared the stage with the likes of industry icons Carlos Santana and Rob Thomas.  So If you're a wanna be "MOMAGER or DADAGER," then this episode is for you.

For my last episode of the season I wanted to leave everyone with a sense of fearlessness especially for all of those talented singers looking to showcase their voice on a major network singing competition.  This particular episode brought me some great joy with respect to my journeys while I was on NBC's "The Voice," and NBC's / Telemundo, "La Voz," because it allowed me to relive some of the most fun filled and value packed moments of my singing career which changed my life on all levels awarding me so much recognition an added accolades as a vocalist.  I had the honor of being coached by debra byrd who coached the greats like Daughtry, Carrie underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Hudson and David Cook to name a few.  Not only was she an amazing instructor but also a huge support group behind the scenes.  Vocalists of the world...you don't wanna miss this one

This was certainly a fun episode because I get to catch up with my fellow Elizabeth native which I felt was extremely due to a serendipitous moment in Nashville while recording vocals on my award-winning EP "Stratospheric."  This episode will undoubtedly cater to all you musicians out there looking to hire the next engineer and what to do to prepare before submitting your project as well as catering to the studio gearheads out there.
