In the wake of Monday's storms, insurance adjusters, tree removers, utility workers and city staffers who collect debris fanned out Tuesday across Hampton Roads to help residents clean up. More than 151,000 Dominion Energy customers in Hampton Roads and northern North Carolina lost power on Monday. More than 4,000 were still without Tuesday evening, 30 hours after the storm.
