IN this episode, I breakdown step by step how you can develop go to moves. We'll go over how to pick your moves, common mistakes you need to avoid, as well as how to develop counters to each move so that you can become unstoppable using those moves. Creativity should be something that every single player routinely has in their training. Basketball is a game of reads and reactions, and by incorporating creativity into your drills you can begin to train those same read and react skills. I also break down how making your workouts more focus will help you to significantly improve as a scorer and and will help you to become much more confident in your actual game abilities. I also talk about how to overcome burnout and when the best time to start getting conditioned for the season is.

Instincts, decision making, and basketball IQ are major areas that players need to develop to a high level if they want to become great players. Unfortunately, there is a big misconception on how to actually go about doing that. In this week's episode, I explain to you the real process of aquiring these skills so that you can play the game at a high level. I also explain why every player, regardless of position, needs to develop guard skills and why most players need to stop worrying about recruiting and trying to get "exposure".

Ever wonder why you don't see some of the skills you work on actually show up in games? You probably need to evaluate what your training looks like. In today's episode, I breakdown from a scientific perspective a few key differences between the two main training styles, block training and random training. I explain which one you need to be doing MORE in order to actually improve your skills so that you can use them in games. I also talk about what it takes to be an effective undersized guard and why you shouldn't be shooting 1000 shots a day.
