Why is failure in medicine a taboo topic? Why should a woman shine on more days than just her birthday celebration?
What do you need to know before you look for a mentor?
Sasha was a wonderful guest, who took her time to explain me her views on a number of topics. Thanks to Sasha I have learned a couple of things.
Mentoring is important, but if you do not know, what you need help with, the best mentor won't help. I have learned that work compression can be a total killer for a person, who needs to step out of the work environment to assess their current situation, "taking time" proceeds "having time".
Men and women both and preferably together need to find a way how to change the system so both can be parents to the best of their abilities, the children will appreciate it. And I have learned what it means to be "brave enough"
