It is between 5am and 9am and your still tossing and turning under the covers. Stress and panic are present because you may be late for work, 

school, or being first in line at the DMV. What about the days where you have nothing planned and you still can't sleep well? What if the nightmares

keep coming? What if your body really hurts and you don't want to get up?

The solution? Give your body what it needs before hand. Go pillow shopping. Change your bed and bedding. No money? Budget and plan to purchase immediately. Go to bed on time before time and wake up refreshed. Turn off the cell phone and sleep. Stop eating dinner after 7pm. 

Learn how to lull yourself to sleep to awaken refreshed. Invest in a dietician and purchase the supplements to support calm sleep. If you really want to change how wake up than change your SELF CARE Routine. No More Soda.

If someone accuses you of Spiritual Warfare or tells you that you are in it, excuse yourself from the conversation. They are saying that you are working with Spirits and those Spirits are at odds with their religious beliefs. Ladies, kindly remind these people that your Spirituality is PRIVATE. 

There outside opinions about your soul, spirit, or mindset were not asked for. Remind them that they asked you a question and you answered. 

End of conversation. 

Stop listening to others tell you how they can be convinced of your love for the divine. You did not ask their opinion but will gladly conversate on anything constructive like leads on a high paying employer or them helping you pay college fees. 

Do not get rattled by others. Be unbothered. Smile silently. Walk away. Drive to the beach.

Yes, I was fired the same day I put down payment on new vehicle. I feel calm because my money got my back.

As of February 1, I am now without a room to rent due water pipe issue at the home. I thought I would panic but my money had my back. 

When your over forty and single helping hands are basically absent, in your time of need. Think ahead, according to what you can afford, and plan accordingly. The little financial sacrifices now will save you later.

Hello. This was a quick definition of what I mean by Upper Class. I equate the highs and lows of society with Income not your condition at birth. 

Women over 40 must be careful of our money and health during this time in America. Keep a reserve account and do not discuss your financial affairs with anyone outside of tax attorney and Insurance carrier. Women live longer than men so let him provide for you. 

Go where you are praised not ridiculed. Income + Assets = Wealth 

Are you a religious women over 40? It behooves you to practice abstinence until married and insist on a very public engagement. Finally, keep your money under maiden name separate from him. Put it in a Certificate of Deposit for 5 years with your name and your mothers (or other trusted person) incase marriage does not pan out. (Research Community property states as well.)

Ask for the HIGH AMOUNT dowry, especially; if you are new to religious community or not as educated. Give 10% of dowry amount to your family and place the rest in savings bond with your government for 5 years. Keep these funds separate and private from household funds in HIGH INTEREST accounts or start a business with other women to get percentage of profit in return. DO NOT Invest with the Groom or his family! This is a trap! Stop.

Women over 40 are more likely to suffer homelessness after divorce, or theft from joint bank accounts by spouses, or violence concerning money issues. Cut out the bums in your religion and DO NOT Take vow of poverty. The Upper Income household exist for the wealthy and righteous. Get your money from the start.

Remember NO State Certificate of marriage then NO Marriage at all. He is hiding and needs your money to do it. Do not be duped because of loneliness and religious guilt tripping. Ask for the money or property before the marriage NOT after. Be Wise. 

These are things that I realized to be true upon turning 40. I no longer do the chasing because everyone dies alone even in a room full of people. 

I embrace myself regardless if a man is present because I cater to me.
