TONIGHT: We got our first official trailer/teaser/first look/edited promotional package with images and sound for The Last of Us on HBO! It looks...pretty much exactly like the game. Is that a good thing? Bad thing? Does everything have to be good or bad for us to have a conversation about it? We can talk about the current state of entertainment conversations another time; what else are we talking about on tonight's show? Andor came out. Do we care? I don't know. Brian got a dog. But more importantly, Brian ruined a bit that we were gonna do last week and WE'RE GONNA TALK ABOUT IT.

Or maybe you just have us on in another tab or something so technically you're still listening? I don't know, man. It's early in the morning when I'm typing this. Gimme a break. What are we talking about tonight again? Okay let's see. I think a couple of us saw Pearl. House of the Dragon is still pretty good. I fell off the Lord of the Rings show a bit, please don't be mad at me. Let's see, what else do we have here? Grand Theft Auto VI apparently leaked so that sucks. I mean, I haven't played any of em. But I love Red Dead Redemption 2. I just got to the part where they force you to shave your beard into a mustache thing for the boat mission and now I'm all bummed because my boy Arthur was growing a MEAN beard the entire game. The Buccaneers are 2-0. Andor reviews are out and everyone's mad about embargos. Embargoes? Embargo's? I don't know. The Angels just won 3 in a row against the Mariners but we're heading for another remarkably disappointing season so who cares. Anyone watching The Patient on Hulu? Show's great. Check it out. Are we going to talk about ANY of the things that I've listed here? Should we start doing rundowns again? Do you guys enjoy when we get toward the end of the show and we're like, "Huh. Good stuff. Was the giant text of "EMMYS RECAP" on the thumbnail effective in getting you to click? Anywho, the awards are still gonna be going on once we're live here so we'll be reacting to some of the announced winners and losers and giving our thoughts. Spoiler alert: We didn't win! D23 was also this weekend and we were NOT LET INTO ANY OF THE PANELS! I mean, we didn't try. We didn't even go. We also didn't even know it was happening this weekend. We're not very "in-the-know" is what I'm trying to say. 

Hello there! Got another fun show for you this week! We've got our buddy Eric back on the program and this is a big time for him coming up as he attempts to go to 243 different Halloween Horror Scary Spooky Fright Boo-Fests. He also checked out Spider-Man: No Way Home again during the chaos that was Cinema Day, and the three of us just shot a short film this past weekend while sweating our balls off around a fire pit during the hottest heat wave of the year. We have some things to discuss...

Hello again! We're back with another episode of The Wanger Show! She-Hulk and House of the Dragon just came out. Did we watch either of them? I don't know! I think so? Maybe? We'll see! We also got our first look at the HBO adaptation of The Last of Us! That show looks great and it's based on a game that was pretty widely acclaimed, just like its sequel, which wasn't divisive at all. Not in the slightest. Also Brian's out again, but our buddy Phil is here! We'll probably talk with him about filmmaking, being creative and whatnot, and if he's ever made a Phil-making pun before.
