On January 7th, 2015, a tragic event unfolded in Wyses Corner, Nova Scotia, leaving an indelible mark on a local family. The lives of Bill, Ida, and Ann Ward were tragically cut short when they were discovered deceased in their Wyses Corner residence following a house fire. However, the fire itself was not the cause of their untimely deaths. The unfortunate incident was linked to 30-year-old Codey Hennigar, who happened to be Ann's son and the grandson of Bill and Ida. Codey had been grappling with untreated schizophrenia while residing on the Wyses Corner property, leading to this heartbreaking outcome. This case prompts us to confront a challenging question: Is there ever a justifiable circumstance in which we should administer medication to an adult against their will? -- Music Composed by: Sayer Roberts - https://soundcloud.com/user-135673977 // shorturl.at/mFPZ0 Subscribe to TNTC+ on Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/TNTC Join our Patreon: www.patreon.com/tntcpod Merch: https://www.teepublic.com/stores/true-north-true-crime?ref_id=24376 Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tntcpod/ Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/tntcpod Get bonus content on Patreon Hosted on Acast.
