  • DDD: The Will of God: From Head Knowledge to a Transformed Heart

A Devotion for your drive into work:

If “God’s will” is about sanctification, gratitude, prayer, and sharing Christ, what would change if people moved beyond rituals and let these truths transform their actual work, speech, and relationships?

Is the knowledge of God’s will staying in the mind, or is it being worked out in actions that set people apart for Christ and for public gospel witness?

Drawing from Romans 2, 1 Thessalonians 4, 5, and John 6, the devotional teaches that God’s will centers on being set apart—sanctified—in sexuality, relationships, work, and speech, living in contrast to the world’s standards. Believers are called to continual prayer, thankfulness, and sharing the gospel, letting heart change drive public impact. God’s will is “none should perish,” so everyday tasks and interactions become opportunities to glorify Him, encourage others, and reveal authentic gospel living in public and private spheres.

  • P2P: Revival, Prayer, and Bold Leadership: Pastor Brian & Pastor Alec’s Pacific Northwest Conversation

    Pastor to Pastor

Can prayer meetings and Spirit-led services really change an entire region—turning a “least religious” state into a place of revival, bold leadership, and public biblical witness?

Are pastors giving congregations biblical context and confidence to address today’s politicized moral issues, or does silence leave faith vulnerable to confusion and compromise?

Pastor Brian and Pastor Alec explore forty years of ministry, sharing stories of revival, multigenerational church leadership, and practical approaches to leading Spirit-filled services that prioritize God’s presence over strict schedules. Alec explains how Church Awakening seeks to mobilize public prayer and equip pastors across denominations to address crises such as family integrity and parental authority with clarity and compassion. Both urge pastors and believers to lead prayer efforts, speak out on biblical issues (not just “political” ones), and be a source of fatherly guidance and courageous hope in the church and wider community, especially amid cultural confusion and legislative challenges.

  • DDD: Circumcision of the Heart: God Wants Real Change, Not Just Outward Signs

A Devotion for your drive into work:

If circumcision started as a mark in private, why did God’s greatest desire always point to a heart made new, not just a body marked by tradition?

Is there an area where outward religious practice is masking an unchanged heart—and what would “cutting away the flesh” look like today in public, work, or family life?

Tracing from Genesis 12 and 17 to Deuteronomy and Romans 2, this message teaches that God’s covenants and commands (including circumcision) always aimed at a heart response—a “cutting away” of sinful desires so that God’s love, reverence, and obedience flow openly in daily life and the public square. Just as bearing a family name represents a legacy, claiming Christ’s name calls for genuine transformation: changing how believers lead, forgive, relate, and “honor and fear” God at every moment. The invitation is to pray for God to circumcise every part of the heart, removing anything that prevents full devotion and true witness to His mercy and grace in all settings.

  • DDD: Does God See? Has He Forsaken Us?

A Devotion for your drive into work:

When everything seems hidden and God feels distant, is He actually absent—or is He patiently calling for repentance, refusing to leave or forsake His people?

Where might hearts, churches, or nations today echo ancient Israel—hiding sin, excusing idolatry, or giving up hope—thinking God neither sees nor cares?

Drawing from Ezekiel's vision in Babylon, the devotional warns that Israel’s secret sins and idolatry led some to claim “the Lord does not see us; the Lord has forsaken us.” Yet scripture affirms that God sees everything (Hebrews 4:13, Jeremiah 23:24), has not abandoned His people, and the call is always to return, repent, and trust anew. Though God’s mercy has limits if continually rejected, His faithful presence surrounds any who humbly turn back—urging all to choose repentance over idolatry, faith over fear, and bold public witness over apathy in every conflict or temptation

  • DDD: Law on the Heart: From Conviction to Transformation

A Devotion for your drive into work:

If God’s moral law is “hardwired” into every soul, what changes when men and women stop suppressing truth—and start letting the Spirit shape their conscience, actions, and public life?

Does daily life in the workplace, home, and public square show the evidence of God’s law written on the heart—or is something being suppressed that God is trying to bring to the surface and transform?

Drawing from Romans 2:14–16 and the Ten Commandments, this message explains that every culture knows basic morality because the Creator imprints it on the conscience—yet sin and society often suppress this truth, causing inner conflict and societal confusion. The answer is not more legalism but turning to Christ for forgiveness and the Spirit’s power to live righteously. Believers are urged to let God’s law shape their words, work, honesty, relationships, and public engagement—demonstrating a distinctive witness that glorifies Christ in all spheres.

  • DDD: Genuine Faith Works: Be a Doer, Not Just a Hearer

A Devotion for your drive into work:

Faith that never leaves the mind is dead—what would your workplace or community look like if every Christian truly lived out the gospel in word and deed?

Are actions, words, and daily choices proving faith to coworkers, neighbors, or family—or does “belief” remain theoretical without servant-hearted obedience?

Referencing Romans 2:12–13 and James 1–2, this teaching explains that faith finds its perfection and confirmation in works—whether telling truth, sharing Christ, or meeting practical needs where God sends each believer. Abraham, Rahab, and every Christ-follower are justified not by belief alone, but by the willingness to act on God’s Word, proving Christian identity through consistent obedience and compassion. The devotional closes with a prayer for courage, discernment, and fruitful living, urging all believers to defend and advance biblical values by showing faith through works in every public square—today and every day.

  • DDD: Impartial: Practicing Truth and Integrity in Every Sphere

A Devotion for your drive into work:

If God doesn’t play favorites—judging and rewarding on the basis of Christ’s payment and one’s own choices—are leaders, citizens, and churches ready to mirror this character in daily life?

Does spiritual and public life reflect impartiality, or is favoritism—toward the powerful, the popular, or the familiar—distorting justice and witness?

Drawing from Romans 2:11, Exodus 18:21, Deuteronomy 10:17, Leviticus 19:15, James 2:1, and Acts 10, this teaching explains that God shows equal grace and equal judgment, making no exceptions for heritage, status, or connections. Believers are challenged to embody impartiality in judgment, leadership, and service—hating bribes, practicing truth, fearing God, and refusing to let relationships, backgrounds, or gifts cloud integrity. In every context from home, church, business, or government, impartial leadership honors God and builds trust in both public and private life

  • DDD: God’s Covenant with Israel: Everlasting, Irrevocable, and Still in Effect

A Devotion for your drive into work:

Should Christians stand up against antisemitism and replacement theology—defending Israel’s unique biblical promises and calling all nations to repentance in Jesus?

Does the conversation in the public square (or church) echo biblical truth about Israel’s irrevocable covenant and its future redemption, or is it colored by political, cultural, and theological misconceptions?

Drawing from Romans 2, Genesis 17, and Romans 11, this message emphasizes that God’s covenant with Abraham and Israel is everlasting and includes a much larger land promise than the current borders. Paul declares God has not rejected the Jews; instead, a partial hardening exists “until the fullness of the Gentiles comes in,” then all Israel will be saved. The devotional applies these truths by correcting antisemitic attitudes, praying for Jewish and Gentile repentance, and affirming God’s faithfulness to chosen people—calling all believers to stand boldly for truth, justice, and gospel-centered unity in public life. This devotional clarifies the biblical status of Israel and the Jewish people, affirming God’s everlasting covenant and possession of the land while rejecting antisemitism and replacement theology. It calls for prayer and public defense of Israel’s unique role in God’s plan, and urges both Jews and Gentiles to embrace salvation in Jesus and resist cultural confusion.

  • DDD: Bema Seat: Accountability, Rewards, and How Christians Should Live Now

A Devotion for your drive into work:

If every word and deed will be revealed and rewarded by Christ, what would change about daily living, speech, or courage in the public square?

Do daily actions reflect a life practicing repentance, humility, and Christlike love—or stubbornness and selfishness that miss God’s best at the Bema seat?

Drawing from Romans 2, 2 Corinthians 5:10, and Revelation 20, the devotional clarifies that all people face final accountability: believers before the Bema seat for rewards in eternity, and unbelievers at the Great White Throne for ultimate judgment. Believers are challenged to steward words and deeds carefully—living with humility, surrender, and public witness—so their lives will receive Christ’s commendation rather than regret on that day. The message closes with a prayer for softened hearts, bold sharing of the gospel, and living out biblical values in every sphere

  • DDD: God’s Kindness, Tolerance, and Patience: The Road That Leads to Repentance

A Devotion for your drive into work:

What if true tolerance isn’t winking at sin but patiently, prayerfully guiding others toward truth and transformation—just like God has done for every believer?

Are Christian leaders and citizens confusing tolerance with enablement, or does their kindness and patience actively invite repentance and revival in others and across their communities?

Based in Romans 2:4, this message corrects the cultural misunderstanding that God's tolerance equals approval of sin, instead revealing a long-suffering, corrective love aimed at leading all people—regardless of background or party—toward repentance and salvation in Christ. True followers are challenged to imitate God’s forbearance and patience, refusing to celebrate what harms but embracing the hard work of prayer, boundaries, and persistent love for transformation in the heart and the public square.
