Everyone knows that leadership is key to creating freedom.

You can make money in this industry through hard work, blitzes, momentum etc...

But without leadership, there's no freedom.

There's no residual income.

There's definitely no legacy.

And so if you want to level up your leadership, there's 2 key factors you need to focus on.

Once you do them, you'll be able to lead an enormous team to huge success. 

Consistency in our actions is one of the closest things to a 'cheat code' you can find.

And although everyone knows they need to be more consistent

Many people struggle with the how.

The single biggest fear that stops most marketers: opening our mouths...

The fear of saying the wrong thing.

And it's that fear that stops so many people reaching their goals.

So I wanted to share a simple 4 word phrase that you can use in any company, with any product. 

And it's so simple that your team can easily duplicate it as well. 

A lot of people can be overwhelmed by investing. 

In particular - because it can look very complicated. 

It can feel like that you need a Doctorate in Mathematics to have success.

But the reality is:
a) Investing is much more about emotional control than mathematical ability.
and b) the maths that are required is generally very simple.

Anyone selling complicated investments is probably trying to take you for a ride. 

And today I wanted to share the very simple Rule of 72 - that can quickly show you how long it will take your investment to double in value. 

Because that most important decision in investing is knowing the future value of your purchases today. 

Everyone knows that having clarity around your social media brand and content is essential.

And to attract people to you, you want to be able to project a level of expertise to your target audience. 

When you understand their challenges and can offer them value - trust can be built very quickly.

And on today's podcast, I want to share a very simple mindset to help you create that clarity. 

I wanted to share a personal story with you today.

Something that I went through almost 20 years ago now.

A very expensive and painful lesson in how the markets work. 

Because the markets can giveth - and the market can taketh away...

Often, the taking away is much, much faster than the giving as well.

And as expensive as that financial loss was.

It also taught me some very, very valuable lessons.

Lessons that we've used to turn around and make millions with. 

'Tell your friends and family' is generally the first thing we're told to do when we start our Network Marketing Business.

Find the people who already know, like & trust you and share your excitement.

This is a tried and tested strategy - but it's not for everyone.

Because it's often those closest to us who can also be the most negative.

And our fear of rejection can paralyse us.

Nobody wants to lose friends and family in 'one of those things'. 

Which means there is another option for starting your business.

It's a little bit slower, but it can lead to a much stronger business in the long term.

Last week, New Zealand announced they were officially in a recession.

And with interest rising around the world, many other countries will make similar announcements in the second half of the year.

And whilst that will present a lot of challenges for many people.

It also presents the opportunity to change your business.

As long as you're willing to do one thing... 

Lot's of people are looking for 'the secret'

In our microwave & credit card society - so many people are constantly searching for the little ninja hack or short-cut to success.

And in some ways - we have it here in Network Marketing.

Between our products and our compensation plan - we can offer people an inside line to achieving their goals faster than ever.

But there's also aspects of building a business and creating freedom that can not be short-cut. 

And this is where so many people will fail.

Especially when it comes to the really juicy rewards.
