From 1 Kings 2:1-4, when King David is about to die, he leaves a charge to his son Solomon to be strong, act like a man, and observe the Lord's commands. He tells him to continue walking in obedience to God and then he will prosper. We need strong men in our culture. Men who will be strong, obey the Lord, then you will prosper. Man UP!

If we are willing to listen and learn, there are so many leadership lessons we can learn from the life of Jesus. Alex encourages each of us to examine our call to leadership and who we have speaking for us. Leadership is about influence. Don't allow yours to be wasted.

They discuss everything from the delayed response of the police, to what needs to be done to keep kids safe, to gun control, mental illness, and even the spiritual void we are experiencing in America. There is so much to examine from this tragedy, but the bottom line is we have to do a better job of keeping our kids safe.
