With his dad escaping communist regime, he was always an entrepreneur since he came to America. Serg learned from him on being entrepreneur mindset. But he always grew up middle class to lower middle class while growing up, so he always knew hard work even growing up.

He got into nursing because his sister advised him to be one. He worked in ICU while going to nursing school. Once he graduated Nursing, seeing his siblings struggle through entrepreneurship but succeed eventually got him into looking to same thing. Frank Agin, went from public accountant on taxes, after he decided that he didn't want to do that anymore. He learned quickly that trying to be on his own, that you have to get your own clients and it wasn't as easy as it was in corporate world getting work. He then learned the power of networking group. Thats how he got into Amspirit and finally took over the entire company eventually.

Growing Omar Syed wanted to be an architect to design houses. But as soon as he started working on computers when he signed up for computer courses, he completely turned the aspirations to computers and programming them. He wrote even his own printing software so on. Although he worked for Raytheon on hardware aspect (Chip Design), but he got into AI later with his Masters degree. Which lead him to NASA as research analysis center. He started business to help business host websites, and also Matrimonial site for Indians. So he always had entrepreneurial mindset.

Omar Syed, was early into Bitcoin and its scalability issues. Although he loved BitCoin, he was working on it since before people started understanding the issues it poses. His knowledge and expertise in distributed and scalable systems for large enterprises like NASA and Yahoo, led him to dig into that issue and now create Shardus (Https://shardus.com), which is based on Sharding theory. Now they are able to demonstrate linear and autoscaling, in other words dynamically increase transactions per second, which is currently big issue with Crypto transactions.

Shardus is trying to enable people to spin up their own network to build blockchain applications unlike Ethereum. This can revolutionize how blockchain applications can be build and deployed. Basically really make it very easy to scale applications and reduce the effort build applications on blockchain technology.

Growing up in suburbs of Atlanta, with both parents as teachers, but with very humble means. Seeing what everyone else had around him, Alan Corey always thought since childhood how does he get to be like people who had lot of things. So that mindset developed since childhood, but his move to New York picked it up a notch.

He went to library when he started working New York and learned how to be financially independent and real estate is what he thought was his vehicle, by reading books in library. He took action at age 20, buying his first property. He decided he was broke, so he decided he had to take action and he had nothing to lose. He always had mindset that he never wanted to be that guy who wanted to be he could or should or would have. He never wanted to regret that he didn't take action.

His three books he wrote, are all about his success journey and teaching others how to do it too ,as he kept being asked how he got success when he first started buying homes and becoming financially free through real estate investing.

Michael grew up in middle class neighborhood in suburbs Chicago, Which had mostly minority kids, gave him different perspective on life.  He then went Lutheran college, wanting to be lutheran pastor, led him to study Hebrew and greek. He thought greek and Hebrew was sign from that he is not meant to be pastor. Although he felt called to be a pastor, but he felt he wasn’t doing it for the right reasons. 

He dads was traveling salesman and entrepreneur, which influenced Michael. His dad was always was optimistic and that also has had a big impact on him.

He and his brother went to a seminar about nothing down real estate. But when they went to buy real estate was told he couldn’t qualify because no job. That led him to get commercial real estate broker after he graduated college. 

His Commercial brokerage experience led him to doing deals, and led him into very successful commercial real estate investor business. This happened when he got laid off during savings and loan crisis. Realizing this will happen if he works for someone else, led him to talking to a friend starting his commercial real estate investing.

Michael is a real estate entrepreneur and Blockchain Real Estate evangelist who is an expert in retail real estate (NNN-Shopping Centers-Triple Net-Net Leased) investment, redevelopment, real estate tokenization and real estate on the blockchain. He started his commercial real estate career in 1985 and has an extensive record of partnering with some of the world’s most well-known banks, insurance companies, hedge funds and institutional investors in many successful projects.

Wendee grew up in double income household working hard, but she learned to fend for herself when she was  little. She never went to school/college since she was always told to get a job and got a job first thing after high school.
