Chris always had entrepreneur mindset since early. His first venture was selling sandwiches at school since he saw the school food was bad. He always wanted to work for himself and always wanted to make his own money. This was not from his parents, but something he learned watching them struggle budget etc. He was always a good listener and learned by listening to his parents and their struggles what not to do. He also learned from his friends parents who were successful how to build a company.
He quit college and started real estate brokerage and became part of no 4 brokerage firm in the world! He thought some of the courses in college was waste of time, led him to real estate venture. He first went to college to be plastic surgeon as he saw plastic surgeon a way to wealth, when he first saw Lambo which had a plate about Cosmetic surgery.
His idol Warren Buffet’s saying about taking care of his mind, always stuck with him and he always into feeding his mind and body with good things and make it stronger. He was always into reading business books and listening to people/networking so on.

His current focus multi family since he believes in investing in things that are always needed.

Chris has successfully transacted more than 40mm in real estate volume and helped lead the #1 real estate team in the Carolinas to produce more than 140mm in annual sales prior to creating QC Capital. He has been named to Charlotte’s 30 under 30, Elite 50, Elite 50 entrepreneurs, 30 under 30 entrepreneurs, and nominated for Forbes 30 under 30, in 2018 and 2020.

Christopher grew in farming family in California. At very early age he always was entrepreneurial, business and technology. His parents always encouraged him to make his own money and not give him things. His Maternal Grandpa made a big impact in teaching him charity and impact investing also.
In his Technology career he found a mentor who figured out how he was interested in working with people and creating solutions, plus also was interested in creating business or has business savvy. Which is what he did at Accenture. Which launched into his Technology executive career. His foray into startup also led him to figure out that who he works is and the environment he is in more important than anything else.
Having read Rich Dad Poor Dad and not wanting to totally trust Financial advisors/wealth managers, he wanted to get into real estate investing. That led him to find mentors in multi family real estate investing. He also saw that people like him, who are in startup/IPO and wanted to diversify their income in real estate, he could help them. Thats what led to his now multi family investing.

Mike grew up in a middle-class family and had no exposure to any real estate investing or entrepreneurs. He was always looking for ways to make money or be an entrepreneur from his childhood. Which led him to be serial entrepreneur life.

But Mike got burned out doing General contracting and decided to do things on his own. Went to do House hacking and which led him to meet a very successful real estate agent, who became his mentor. Which led him to sell 78 houses in the first 9 months. He also built a big multi-family investing business.

Making a big accounting mistake without letting investors know, due to over-leveraging his properties know got him trouble, due to the market going down rapidly during the 2009 downturn. And he learned many big lessons about paying attention to people around him and that he should have listened to people around him and their advice, i.e. people close to him.

Getting a mentor when he was in jail, who told him not to let anyone steal his accomplishments, got him to work out both physically, mentally, and spiritually. Writing books and so on, teaching real estate investing, telling his story to help others. His story is now an inspiration to others who have fallen.

Born in Amarillo, but having ailments, they moved to a bigger city to take care of his health. He was always in an athletic environment, but also very spiritual due to his parents, one of them having Native American heritage. His father’s work Ethics and His mom’s spiritual side were heavy influences. He was an athletic prodigy during his college years, but always felt driven by being something greater where he was.
His childhood saw the contrast of luxury living to nothing due to his dad’s business setbacks and back to success, which taught him that there are many ways life can evolve. A couple of near-death experiences also shaped his thinking and how he does things, his mindset, and his spirituality. He was homeless at one point, from the height of his success to back to now being very successful back again, has his perspective about not letting where he now dictates where he's going to be.

He believes that if you don't take the responsibility for where you are, you can never change it.

Although she was always intuitive and imaginative since her childhood, till her recent awakening, she never accepted that.

Her drive to success led by her goal to be always be in control and control her financial freedom.

Her big awakening in 2011 and in 2017 when she had her world fall apart, led to her inner intuition and getting in touch with her own powerful inner being and realizing we all have that power to rely on her inner self and that it will guide us to whatever we want in life. That led to her now highly successful career and also writing the book Productive Intuition: Connecting to the subtle.

As a founder, entrepreneur, and executive, AdaPia redefined and reinvented herself continuously, flying in the face of ‘established’ ideas of success and achievement. From the Okanagan Valley to Silicon Valley and a few countries in between, she never stopped seeking her highest potential.

He is an active-duty Marine lieutenant colonel stationed at the pentagon and will retire in summer 2021 after 20 years of service.
