Welcome to Part 2 of 5 in the Aligned Energy Type Series! In this series I am interviewing one of each of the 5 energy types, in which they will share their stories about building confidence while experimenting with their Human Design!

In this episode I interview with Tara Brunet Cragg, who is a Human Design Projector.

I may be a little biased, but I believe Projectors have the easiest Human Design.

We are literally designed for success. Success without hustle that is.

We don’t have the pressure to initiate, to take so much action, nor have the stress to be heard.

Our auras do the talking for us.

In fact, it’s the aura of the Projector that makes us unique.

Designed to experience the most amount of conditioning of all the energy types, we gain our wisdom through sampling and experiencing the energy of other people.

We truly see and understand those we come into auric contact with.

This gifts us with the ability to be impactful leaders, effective mentors, and strong guides.

Projectors of this generation are stepping into their power. They are unstoppable forces when they radiate self-love, patience, and confidence.

Tara Brunet is a 1/3 Projector who utilizes her design in her business through experimenting and learning about manifestation and different processes, and then sharing her knowledge with her clients via her Membership platform and online courses. She also runs a Projector Project Facebook Group to help Projectors really thrive in their lives and businesses and created a 4 week course called Projectors Getting Paid to help them start receiving an abundance of invitations and start truly living by their design. She loves all things mindset and manifestation and helping people create their absolute dream lives!

In my experience, business is a personal development journey with a compensation plan attached.

In the past year…

I’ve pushed edges of myself that I thought were corners but were instead portals to upgraded versions of my identity and spirit.

I’ve tested my limitations that I once thought were weaknesses but discovered they are my strengths.

I’ve let go of the word "realistic" and instead started believing anything is possible when you operate in support of your energy. 

Navigating entrepreneurship while still learning how to be a good mom, an attentive partner, and embodying my Human Design has been a journey I wouldn’t trade for anything.

Imagine that your confidence is like the foundation of a house.

This foundation is formed upon the molds of self acceptance, love & awareness for self, and radical responsibility.

The stronger and bigger your foundation, the stronger and bigger of a house you can build on top.

This foundation of your house is your inner world, and the house you build on top is your external reality.

If the foundation is weak, you can likely still build a big house on top, but if a strong wind comes by your house is going to fall down.

Often times you may even have to tear away the house, strip it down until all that’s left is your foundation.

In which you can pursue the opportunity for a fresh start, and build your foundation again.

Building your house of confidence upon a foundation made of love, awareness, acceptance, and responsibility is the overall main focus inside of my signature program, Confident by Design.

The root of all human conflict comes down to one simple thing: obtaining energy.

When two people have an interaction, they will either come away from it feeling stronger or weaker; lighter or heavier; inflated or deflated.

No matter the particulars of a social interaction, we humans tend to prepare ourselves to say or contribute whatever we need to in order to come out on top of a social interaction; to outwit the other. Not to achieve a tangible goal that is evident in our external reality, rather to receive an internal psychological boost.

We compete for energy to receive an inflation of ego.

But here’s the thing:

This psychological warfare is in vain. It’s not necessary.

Each of us has access to an infinite supply of energy.

The problem is, most people aren’t aware of their unique way of accessing it.

Instead, most people continue to break what I call energetic consent, and they unknowingly silence their power, and therefore seek it from an external resource. They live as the "Silenced Soul”.

Think of this energetic consent like every person in the world obtaining a driver’s licence and driving a car. Each time you share the road with others an exchange of energy takes place.

Once you get your driver’s licence, you can drive as much as you want. No one is going to stop you, as long as you put the right gas in your car, and follow the rules of the road that you share with others.

Follow the rules of the road, maintain the energetic consent.

Think of yourself like a guitar.

Guitars regularly need tuning if you want them to produce a harmonious sound.

If you are an avid guitar player, then you know it’s totally normal and natural for a guitar to drift out of tune with or without use.

In fact you can even intentionally change the tuning of the strings to reach other depths of sound, because guitars are flexible that way, right?

Like drop D for example. There are so many beautiful depths of sound available.

Despite the fact that Drop D is beautiful, it’s important not to stay stuck in drop D, nor to stay stuck out of tune.

Because if you do, you won’t totally be in harmony with the other strings.

You, and more specifically your emotional wellness, are not so different from a guitar.

You have a beautiful range and depth of emotion to express, and regularly need tuning to stay in harmony.

Think of these 9 energy centres as cogs of a machine. When you align them in accordance to their design, they can spin freely without resistance.

But here’s the thing. Far too many people are trying to fit their cogs into the design of someone else’s machine; a different design from their own.

And so you see the cogs prematurely wear out, break, or burn out which is a results of trying to fit cogs into a formation that is misaligned with its design, therefore creating resistance, and preventing you from achieving your full potential.

But align the cogs with their design, and they spin freely without resistance, and there is no telling how fast they can spin because they are pure potential.

You, Confident Soul, are pure potential. You just need to align your cogs to experience it.
