MSNBC legal analysts Mary McCord and Andrew Weissmann walk Alicia, Michael and Symone through some of the lawsuits that have been filed against the Trump Administration. Plus, Trump tried to rip apart USAID, hey, he even took down the sign outside the building, but a federal judge temporarily blocked that effort. Republican strategist and MSNBC legal analyst Susan del Percio gives her thoughts.
