Mika and Pau wrap up a year's worth of The Weekly Stan Up episodes in this season finale, sharing their favorite moments and points as creators of the show from episode 1 just after Mika's birthday all the way through this episode on Christmas, and reflecting on what this podcast has been all about with amazing diversity in topics and stans who have come on the show.

Of course, it's not the Weekly Stan Up without the occasional experiment, and in this episode they also welcome their first live audience -- Jerick (from the previous episode), who finally achieves his dream as a fan of the show to sit in a recording.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all our listeners and thank you for all the support this year! Stay tuned next year for a new season, more shenanigans, and all the stan-ups you'll need with Mika and Pau!

The penultimate episode of The Weekly Stan Up for 2021 becomes the most chaotic and hilariously awkward episode yet with Mika and Pau finally bringing onto the show a guest they've been looking forward to having for a while now: their friend Jerick or "Bon". The friends talk about Jerick's interest in jazz and funk and spiral into a conversation on what it means to be Asian with pop culture these days.

The Weekly Stan Up continues its conversation with Korean-Australian part-time variety streamer, gamer, kimchi queen, and all-around bro Soojibro! This time we deep dive into the world of kimchi, guided by the kimchi queen herself: from the journey of how she and her co-founder Edwin started The Kimchi Company to redefine the way Australians experience and access kimchi, to some of interesting facts about kimchi, to the big picture of growing up as a Korean-Australian. But before all that we also talk about her cat Leo and how her Twitch community came together to help Leo when he needed it!

Over the past year, Pau has been introducing the world of streaming to Mika, sharing the covers and original songs of his favorite music & variety streamers: yejuniverse (Ep 30), supercatkei (Ep 46), stargirlxstream (Ep 54), pealeaf (Ep 55), and okheeji (Ep 56). This time around, The Weekly Stan Up hosts a streamer on the show! Korean-Australian part-time variety streamer, gamer, kimchi queen, and all-around bro Soojibro joins the Weekly Stan Up for a three-part series! And in this episode, she talks all about streaming, how a friend and streamer Lindbunny got her interested in Twitch, the craziness of her birthday subathon, being a fan of other streamers like T10Nat and okheeji, and how streaming has become a big part of her life over the past year.

Stay tuned for the next episode where we talk about her cat Leo and how she became known as the kimchi queen!
