Hello TBC Pod Family! I am rolling out a new weekly segment (fingers crossed) called The Weekly Word. I will be taking a word that is important to the practice of Applied Behavior Analysis and explaining it in a way that it can be applied to nutritional behavior! In today's episode we discuss shaping. Shaping is a process by which we reinforce small steps in learning a new skill to get us to the end result! I used the example of cutting an onion for me in this episode and I promised to link the video I watched to help me get better at it. Check that out here. I hope that this series will teach you to think of your nutritional behavior in a new way as well as broaden your ABA terms. As always, I hope we have been helpful to you. Please consider leaving us a 5 star review if you like our content and share us with your friends and family! Until next time!
