ok so guys this episode is a little different… let's talk about love!

i'll be the first to admit that my initial weight loss journey did not start in the most healthiest of ways or with the purest of motives. In this episode I share with you all how being honest with myself, starting therapy and getting closer to God truly helped me to change my heart posture and start healing (from something I didn't realise I needed healing from!)
