    Today's Questions:
    1. Recently I got my main account banned for 2 weeks due to me allowing my emotions to overtake my better judgement in some games. I was advised to mute all and just play my game and I am wondering what your thoughts are on the advice of mute all in game?
    2. I have problems falling asleep, any tips? Waking up at 6:30 am comes naturally, but going to bed early is proving more challenging than I thought.
    3. I feel like I'm adjusting my performance to who I am up against. I definitely belong where I'm ranked, but playing against much better players I play at a way higher level than usual and vice versa. Why is that and how could I be more consistent? Already practising MAC.

    2. Should I 1-trick complexity or simplicity?
    3. I get very tilted from disorganization in soloq. I tried to address it by shotcalling more, but this almost made it worse since people will blatantly not listen to me. How can I be more willing to work through disorganized situations without getting upset and throwing?
