In today’s episode, we are chatting with Georgia Jackett from Well Within Counseling. Georgia is a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Western University. She has a passion for helping people + couples overcome symptoms of anxiety, effects of trauma, + teaching them how to work through emotions so they can become more secure in their relationships.
We so enjoyed this conversation with her that taught us a lot about the depths of mental health + the importance of mindset in your journey to healing. This is definitely a must listen for anyone who is wanting to heal + live (as Georgia says) from the well, within!
