This week has been a heavy week. I've struggled to even comprehend the update of the Texas Abortion Law going into effect. I've struggled to even know what to do with my emotions... and it's had me feeling a bit stuck. I wanted to build an exercise for myself to help process my emotions in a healthy way to then turn it into aligned action.
