Chauncey welcomes back Vanity Fair contributing editor and author of "Burn It Down" Mo Ryan, to discuss how workplace conditions and the new streaming models have exasperated the already tenuous relationships between studios and creatives. She lays out why the strikes are different than they were in 2007 and why the strikes are resonating with people outside the industry. She also goes into the recent changes in toxic work environments and how there is still a long way to go. They end by gushing over the MAX series "Warrior" and how it uses genre and Kung Fu to show how labor back in the late 1800's isn't so different from 2023.
