During a skate session at a local park, Lane was approached by a youth pastor who invited him to youth group, for pizza and games. After expressing belief in Christ as a child, tension rose within Steven as he entered his teen years and began to wrestle with the choice to follow Christ or give in to the desires of the world. Through God's faithfulness and biblical discipleship, he discovered what it looked like to serve the Lord wholeheartedly.

Makana grew up thinking there had to be more to life than the mundane routines. His curiosity was peaked after watching a video online, and his search for more began. After an encounter with God at summer camp, Makana soon realized the purpose and fulfillment he desired could only be fulfilled through a relationship with his Heavenly Father.

Growing up Amish, Dennis worried if he would make the cut and be good enough to enter heaven. After seeing his older brother radically transformation from a wild partier to a follower of Christ, Dennis was inspired to leave the Amish and go to church for the first time, which ignited his faith in Christ and renewed his mind.
