The guys had Daniel Hagerty to talk about the right way to eat and the wrong way to eat during the holidays. Yes, there is a right way to eat during the thanksgiving season. This was a great conversation with the guys and to be honest I almost thought Daniel was going to make the guys workout. So while doing this podcast we had some troubles and well this is the best we could do this time sorry in advance. Mrs. Reagan Wade has a beautiful story of her battle with breast cancer while being pregnant! It is a true story of triumph over this nasty disease and still have a beautiful baby in the end!! Please listen and join in on this amazing story.

Keeping to the theme of Cancer the guys took this week to talk about loved ones who they have known to fight with Cancer. Even thought both had to deal with the down side of it they still took it head on and someone even got emotional during the podcast. Let me say I really hate this disease and wish it would just be over with all ready!

Michelle tells the What's on mind community her story about how she defeated cancer! If I may I was on the edge of my seat because issue after issue she still found a way to get a breakthrough.
