To start the 3rd hour of the show the guys discuss the potential future of Texans HC David Culley, debating whether or not he should be back for a 2nd season.  As the hour rolls on, they circle back to the Astros and Carlos Correa before having some fun naming Winner and Losers from Week 9 in the NFL.  To wrap the hour, they discuss the results from all the important teams in the local CFB scene. 

As always, the guys begin the 2nd hour of the show with Stros at 4, discussing the potential futures of both Justin Verlander and Carlos Correa.   After the opening segment, the Astros discussion continues as they discuss the news that Alex Bregman had wrist surgery this morning and ask why the hell he was still playing if both he and the team knew about the severity of the injury.  In the back half of the hour, they are joined by Texans Beat Writer Brooks Kubena to discuss that Texans debacle before finishing the hour with some thoughts on some of what Brooks had to say.  

To kick off a Monday edition of the show, the guys begin by breaking down another abysmal performance from the Texans and discussing just how few positives you can take away from the team this season.  After the opening segment they shift their gaze to the NFL at large and discuss which teams deserve a mulligan from a wacky week of results before flipping over to the Astros and debating what to make of their initial offer to Carlos Correa.  As usual, they close the opening hour by going around the NFL and discussing some of the most surprising results from a wild week of games.

Texans Beat Writer for the Houston Chronicle Brooks Kubena joined the guys to discuss the abysmal performance from the Texans, where things continue to go wrong, whether or not David Culley could potentially be a one-and-done, and more.

As usual, the guys begin the final hour of the program by going around the NFL and looking ahead to the late afternoon and Sunday night matchups.  After the opening segment, they are joined by ESPN Daily Wager’s Joe Fortenbaugh for his weekly Friday spot in which he gives out some of his favorite plays for the weekend of CFB and NFL action ahead.  In the back half of the hour, they finish things as they usually do, having some fun on Quick Hits and naming a new Champ of The Day.

As always, the guys begin the 2nd hour of the show with Stros at 4, continuing the Correa debate and trying to parse through the comments from GM James Click and Owner Jim Crane as they say they are going to put “their best foot forward” regarding Correa.  After that opening segment, they flip over to CFB and look ahead to some of the best local matchups this weekend.  In the back half of the hour they are joined by former NFL GM Randy Mueller to get a GM’s insight on the OBJ situation, why the Texans stood pat at the deadline, and more.  To wrap the hour, they try out something new with Fill in the Blank Friday.
