Want to hear yourself on our show? Ridden a bike (like your own) and got an opinion? Got a cool piece of gear or farkle? Got a story? Know some jokes? Record an MP3 (or whatever) and email it to us at [email protected]. We’ll throw it on the air and talk about it, too. That’s right, you can be the first on your block to be openly mocked by the Wheelnerds.
Or call our voicemail: (801) 917-4136
Or, leave us a voicemail via Skype! Our skype ID is wheelnerds.
Just go ahead, call, and leave us your story there! (We still read your emails, too, and will answer them on the show). If you got something really cool, shoot us a line and maybe we’ll talk to you live, too.
We're moving hosts so things are fluid in the pipes of the Internet. Assuming Chuck submitted all the requests correctly, it should be a short outage. In the meantime, our guest this week is Christian Dutcher of Americade. He's coming on to give us the lowdown, a little history, and a lot of what's in store for this year's Americade, including their new Adv-biking centered event!

This week, we invite on Rick Grassadonia, Sales Director for SENA Bluetooth, to unravel for us the mystery of SENA’s product numbering and to talk about the cool new stuff we got to see at the AIMExpo, like the smart-helmet.

Chuck is bad at guest pictures
Rick Grassadonia is coming on to explain SENA‘s product line to us and tell us, finally, what we should be using for our riding needs. He also gives us the scoop on their coming smart helmet, which looks ready to straight up revolutionize helmet and sound technology. He also apparently rides an HD. But we do not hold that against him. He’s a good guy.

This week, we’re talking with Sharon Faith, moto-vlogger. If you follow her on Facebook, you’ll see she’s always on the go. She was recently at Daytona Bike Week and she comes on to give us the lowdown from that and her other adventures. She also clues us in on Motostays, a home-sharing network for motorcycle travelers by motorcycle travelers that, I think, has something to do with motorcycles and traveling. Chuck and Todd also have a laugh about the last show. And our usual shenanigans.

Sharon Faith is our guest. You can find her on: http://www.motomavenlife.com and https://www.facebook.com/motomavenlife. From her bio:
…. born and raised in Oak Harbor, Washington…that is the largest and most northern city on Whidbey Island…a beautiful place nestled in the cold waters of the Puget Sound. I always feel very lucky to have been born in such an amazing part of the USA.
I since have ridden a variety of motorcycles, 25 US states as well as Australia, Nicaragua, Peru, Canada and Mexico. As I traverse this world I meet people from all walks of life, and if I am lucky they ride motorcycles too…I am inspired by their stories and their journey… Here is a collection of some of the amazing souls i have been blessed to encounter… For the Love of 2 Wheels: My personal inspirations from around the globe.

This week, we’re joined by Bob Wark, one-man sidecar builder. He talks a bit about Todd’s continuing quest to find a pusher for his new sidecar that doesn’t involve cannibalizing Chuck’s Buell. Speaking of, Chuck gets to test-ride some fast bikes and Todd talks about teaching his first MSF class of the season.

We have on Bob Wark, of the Warkshop (which my spell-checker is having a fit over). He’s a one-man sidecar build and sales shop. Apparently, he used to paint, too, but he’s retired from that. The man’s got an awesome perspective on the sidecar industry and has a lot of interesting stories. Liberally stealing from his website:
Motorcycle sidecars for sale and installation. Sales of Sidecars and install kits are also my speciality. Proper sidecar mounting and alignment are high priorities here. 20 years experience in this work. After over 40 years i’ve decided to retire from bike painting, sorry. My name is Bob Wark and I love motorcycles, some might say too much! I am proud of my work and customer service is a priority. The Warkshop is a no B.S. zone. I do all of the work myself, from start to finish, phone work to floor sweeping to website admin. References are available on request.
