That looks like a solid 8cm on the Snow Ruler this morning with a few more CMs due to fall this morning. The winds have calmed and the ski out on Blackcomb is officially open - huzzah!

Wow!! What an anniversary Apres at Stinky's yesterday <3

I'm anticipating dust on crust today with this morning's fresh 5cm atop yesterday's rain crust. Take 'er easy!

Yep: 8cm of new snow yesterday was followed by rain and high freezing levels: +2.5 degrees at 1800m at 11pm and still hovering above 0 degrees at that elevation as of 7am this morning. Translation for snow conditions? Not as crispy as it may be tomorrow with the freezing level due to drop during the day and particularly overnight but you don't know until you go. Expect it to be... average. Ha.
