The history of Shetangi and questioning the electric pathway.
In this episode, I'm doing a bit of a deep dive on Ellis, reflecting on who he's becoming, and doing my duty of succumbing to temporary existential crisis and questioning our entire choice of life path for the past four years.

TheWholeStory is a podcast about my family’s journey to follow Ellis’s singular passion for racing during a global pandemic. The episodes are audio recordings of the journal I’ve been keeping since the day we left home in 2020.
Shamelessly authentic and always with a sense of humor, I hope this story gives you a look behind the sheen of social media-- the shiny posts about racing, travel, and of course, eating, and sheds light on what it's really like to be a family taking risks and living life on the road.

Birthday Halloween Anniversary feels.
The end of October was always a special time for us at home in Hoboken, between our wedding anniversary, Halloween and Ellis's birthday. This year felt like the first time we celebrated in a way even close to what we used to do at home, in large thanks to the Nitro Racing team and good old Peter Bravo.
Happy 17th birthday Ellis.

'Home' is a topic that floats around us, always. With the holidays approaching and German residency drama in the mix, it's on the top of my mind.

The Age of Light Tour has it's 2nd anniversary! It's exactly two years since we said FILDI, and ditched the States for our European adventure, and I've got lots of (competing) thoughts.

In this episode I'm still on the road, solo. A visit to the kart track and seeing lots of people I know is a reminder of how many true friends you really have.

In episode 53, I'm on the road! A week long trip to the UK means lots of time in the camper listening to the National, overthinking, and trying to make sense of our place in motorsport.

About The Whole Story // risking it all for electric motorsport dreams
From the publisher's feed
'Life is good, life is hard, these two truths are unrelated.'
In the middle of a global pandemic, my family decided to risk it all and follow our teenage son Ellis's passion for racing, leaving everything behind in the US and heading to Europe. This podcast is a series of audio recordings of the journal I've been keeping since the day we got on the road.
Shamelessly authentic and always with a sense of humor, I hope this story gives you a look behind the sheen of social media of what it's like to risk it all with the people you love the most & who drive you the craziest, all at once.
