Moon Water Ritual for March
What You'll Need
A clean glass jar or drinking glass
Small piece of paper and pen
Fireproof bowl for burning
Access to moonlight (a windowsill works)
Full Moon Ritual – Release (March 3)
Write what you're ready to release: fears, patterns, anything exposed by recent revelations
Fill your jar with water, place on windowsill, and say:
"I charge this water under the Worm Moon Eclipse. May it absorb the purifying light of this revelation."
Wrap your paper around the base of the glass; leave overnight
At sunrise, hold the glass and say:
"I drink the light of the Worm Moon. May this water cleanse me from within."
Sip the water, then safely burn the paper, saying:
"I release this. It returns to ash, to earth, to the past. I am no longer carrying it."
New Moon Ritual – Intention-Setting (March 18)
Write what you wish to cultivate, in present tense (e.g., "I am creatively flowing")
Fill your jar with fresh water, place on windowsill, and say:
"Under this dark moon, I plant seeds. Charge this water with the energy of new beginnings."
Wrap your paper around the glass; leave overnight
At sunrise, hold the glass and say:
"I drink the potential of this New Moon. May this water carry my intention into every cell."
Sip, then keep the paper on your altar or burn it, saying:
"I release this intention to the universe. It is planted. I trust its timing."
