The Will Clarke Podcast

Chris Lake needs no real introduction, with his hit records, huge ticket sales and his record label 'Black Book' I am happy to say he's quite possibly one of the biggest DJs in the world right now. It felt like it was a must to get him on the show, Enjoy x

From VONDA7 - I am VONDA7. I grew up in the city of Poznan in Poland, where I started my first music adventures with hip-hop and R&B. Soon after that I discovered french house, Gigolo Records and Tresor showcases. I later moved to London where I got into psychedelic indietronica / synthpop, garage, UK house and caribbean music. After that I spent one year in Amsterdam immersing in new disco & melodic house. Eventually I moved to Berlin which I can call home now where I first experienced the more hippie scene only to come back to where it all started and learnt even more about the roots of Berlin, Detroit and Chicago electronic music culture.

After listening to her new album 'Let Go' I had to get her on the podcast. Enjoy x

Carving out a genre-defying space for themselves in our musical landscape, Elder Island captivate with shapeshifting songs. The trio’s sound cherry-picks and transforms elements from genres as diverse as electronica, indie, pop and neo-soul. The result is a web of sound that threads poetic lyricism and unfamiliar instruments over a backdrop of electronic elements and synth-heavy dance beats. Enjoy
