Welcome to THE WILTON REPORT! In Episode 6 we will be talking Princeton real estate. First quarter has come and gone and I figured our topic this morning would be a first quarter market review and a little bit of a projection for the coming year or the balance of the coming year. Enjoy!

We often get sellers asking us why the listings we bring to market looks so good, why the photos look so good. Simple answer is preparation! An ounce of preparation is a pound of cure! Today, I really wanted to do a little bit more of a deep dive in pricing a couple of weeks ago, we talked about what was fomenting the demand here in Princeton, and today we're going to kind of do a quick recap of that. And then we're going to nerd out a little bit and really get a little bit deep into what's happening in the rental market in terms of pricing for a one bedroom, two bedroom, studios.
