Perhaps you've notice a trend going on over on social media in the past few months, and that is the topic of #VULNERABILITY.
There's a rise in candid sharing or increasingly raw and heartfelt content, and I've participated in this also. Overall, it is a positive thing I reckon, given that it puts an emphasis on honesty and realness. But could there be instances when it is actually NOT recommended to be vulnerable?
We find a sense of safety in the illusion of familiarity that a bunch of strangers — online or off — offer us and sometimes that can inspire us to open our souls wide and share stuff that we may not be ready to share just yet.
In this episode, I offer you 3 questions to ask yourself before you consider sharing something intimate with your audience, as well as some tips that may help you once you are ready to be vulnerable.
I'd love to know how this episode resonates with you!

This one is a personal one ... but also a necessary episode to make sense as to why this podcast actually exists!
Perhaps like yours, my journey into art and creativity has NOT been a straight line, but rather a sketchy curve that kept miraculously saving me from a few wrong turns.
In this episode, I share with you how my painful past has led me to creative fulfilment in the hope that it may serve as a kind companion on your journey. Perhaps you're going through some struggles of your own, with which I sympathise deeply. May this episode shine a light on your journey and be the wake up call to the immense force that you hold within you and that keeps you going.
Any thoughts, comments, notes and reflections ... I would love to know how this episode, more than any other so far, resonates with you.

When someone asks if you you feel like an imposter sometimes, it turns out that the vast majority would say yes.
After all, this ailment represents the value of humility at all costs that we often are taught to strive for.
But what if you suffer rather from an opposite ailment, namely that of actually KNOWING your worth, but not feeling like you're being witnessed as such.
It turns out that BOTH of these conditions are deeply rooted in a sense of feeling unworthy of receiving what is in fact meant for us. And so the answer, as you might have guessed, will be within us.
Join me on today's episode as we navigate Imposter Syndrome, Authority Syndrome, and the mending space in between.

Welcome back to The Wisdom Within Podcast with Zsófia Vera!
Today, let's dive into the topic of physical pain, and how it can be an invitation back to presence.
I was inspired to record this episode as a result of my own experience of pain, as well as witnessing several people become immobilised due to pain.
We are often inclined to automatically disregard pain and try to avoid it or minimise it, but in the case of accidental and occasional pain, I think that there is a lot of value in learning to invite it in. In this episode, I tell you why.
