What measures are required to increase transparency, efficiency and fair access to institutional funding in Europe?

Artists can partner with scientists to promote environmental justice and each other’s work. Feminist performers can join forces with human rights advocates to protect female minorities. Applying artistic methodologies can also create healthier work environments in multinational corporations. How should Europe further facilitate cross-sector collaboration with the arts to create more positive contributions?
