Hello, Coven! This week I'll be talking about incense, its history, medicinal benefits and risks, and different popular incenses and how to incorporate them into your practice. I'm fairly new to incense because I was worried about my partner's sensitivity to smells, but he loves it and used to burn it himself a long time ago so I'm diving into it and I absolutely love it! I also give probably the easiest recipe I've ever featured on the show but it is SO delicious and healthy (and vegetarian)!
