Having worked in the beverage industry for over 14 years, Vasilis is a skilled and masterful mixologist who loves being creative and experimental. A keen entrepreneur, he also co-owns the beverage brand Three Cents, a boutique clothing label, and the award-winning bar The Clumsies, a venue that has featured highly in the World’s 50 Best Bars rankings multiple times. In addition, Vasilis has personally been recognized with multiple prestigious awards and accolades, including representing Greece in the global finals of the Diageo Reserve World Class Bartender of the Year awards in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
