The PWR train rolls into town once again this weekend after a week off and we are bringing you a bumper episode where we speak to six of the eight teams in action.

It may be a PWR week-off but the content doesn't stop on The Women's Rugby Show.

On the pod this week we hear from Edinburgh University and Scotland U'20s star Nicole Flynn on her return from injury, we talk to Amelia Lavallee on the return of rugby in Denmark and we talk all things Utrecht Shield!

On this week's Pod we hear from Jas Joyce-Butchers to discuss life at Bristol on her return from the 7's game, as well as her Bears head-coach Dave Ward who gives an insight into Reneeqa Bonner's dalliance with 7s.

Join Sam for this week's episode of the pod where Sam talks to Bristol Bears debutant Emma Orr and her head-coach Dave Ward ahead of the Bears 'Friday Fright Night' clash with Harlequins.

On this week's pod episode, we will focus on the PWR clash between Bristol Bears Women and Saracens at Ashton Gate.

Sam heard from both camps with words from Bears head coach Dave Ward, Bristol's returning Red Rose Phoebe Murray, Saracens Emma Hardy, and their head coach Alex Austerberry.

We also get some immediate reaction to the 2025 Rugby World Cup draw from England, New Zealand and Canada.

As we head into the final weekend of WXV, we hear from the Red Roses camp ahead of their WXV 1 decider against Canada, as well as from the Black Ferns as they look to claim their first victory of the tournament.

In the PWR, Sale kick off their season at home to Saracens so as well as hearing from Sarries Sharifa Kasolo, we spoke to Sharks stalwarts Laura Perrin & India Perris-Redding.

In this episode of the podcast we look at both round two of WXV 1 and also the start of the Premiership Women's Rugby season.

We hear from New Zealand's Maia Roos on her career to date and the threat of facing England and also hear from the England camp with Amy Cokayne, Louis Deacon and Marlie Packer.

And in the PWR we hear from Loughborough's Nathan Smith and Alicia Maude, Saracens Alex Austerberry and Bryony Field as well as Bristol's Dave Ward and Amber Reed.

In the first of two episodes coming your way this week, we are focussing on WXV 3, the final two qualification places for next year's Rugby World Cup, and in particular - Spain vs the Netherlands.

We hear from Spain captain Cristina Blanco, whose side is in pole position to reach the World Cup and also Netherlands captain Linde van der Velden, who will be looking to upset the odds.
